Welcome to Nutraclin
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. Every individual is biologically unique, and your diet, lifestyle, and health plan should reflect that. While core nutritional principles apply to everyone, what works for one person may not be suitable for another.
At Nutraclin, we specialise in personalised nutrition and functional health analysis, using a combination of iridology, tongue and nail analysis, metabolic typing, and nutritional science. This comprehensive assessment allows us to understand your body’s specific needs and create tailored nutrition and lifestyle recommendations designed to support your health, energy levels, digestion, immunity, and long-term wellbeing.
Our holistic approach ensures that every programme is fully customised, practical, and evidence-based — helping you achieve sustainable results, not quick fixes.
More about our services
Iridology

At Nutraclin, iridology is used as part of a comprehensive, personalised health assessment to help identify genetic tendencies, constitutional strengths, and areas of potential vulnerability. This allows us to tailor nutrition and lifestyle recommendations more precisely to your individual needs.
Iridology is the study of the patterns, structures, and pigmentation within the iris — one of the most complex tissue structures in the human body. The iris provides valuable insights into a person’s inherited constitution, resilience, and functional balance, helping to highlight areas of the body that may benefit from targeted nutritional and lifestyle support.
- Through detailed iris analysis, we can gain an understanding of:
- Your overall constitutional strength
- Potential genetic predispositions
- Areas of functional stress or imbalance
- How lifestyle, diet, and environment may be influencing your health
Even if you currently feel well, iridology can help identify areas that may benefit from early nutritional support, enabling a preventative, proactive approach to long-term wellbeing. Supporting the body before symptoms develop is central to our philosophy — because prevention is always better than cure.
Accurate analysis of iris structure and pigmentation provides information that can be difficult to obtain through other assessment methods alone. Iridology offers a safe, painless, non-invasive, and cost-effective way of gaining deeper insight into individual health patterns, helping us design highly personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes.
Naturopathic Nutrition
Naturopathic medicine is a distinct system of primary health care. It’s the practice of assessing the causes of disease and providing therapeutic protocols to address them, rather than just dealing with symptoms. It can also identify ways to help prevent illness and is highly individualised.
At Nutraclin we believe that the human body is an incredible thing and if given the right tools can have amazing powers of recovery. At Nutraclin we use a variety of naturopathic skills to assess our clients’ needs and give them empowering tools to improve their health and wellbeing.
Generally most conditions respond well to between one and three consultations. Chronic or long-term health problems may require further support.
Heart Rate Variability

Stress & Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Testing at Nutraclin
Stress is one of the most significant contributors to modern health concerns, placing continuous pressure on both the body and mind. The key question is no longer whether you experience stress, but how well your body is adapting and recovering from it.
Would you like to understand how effectively your body is coping with stress? Are there early signs of imbalance? And how might this be influencing your hormonal health, immune resilience, cardiovascular system, energy levels, and overall wellbeing?
At Nutraclin, we use Heart Rate Variability (HRV) testing as part of a comprehensive health assessment. HRV provides valuable insight into how your autonomic nervous system is functioning and how efficiently your body responds to physical, emotional, and environmental stress.
- Using advanced HRV analysis technology, we can assess:
- Your body’s stress adaptation capacity
- Nervous system balance and resilience
- Cardiovascular function and recovery patterns
- Overall physiological stress load
This non-invasive test offers a powerful preventative approach, helping to identify areas that may benefit from targeted nutritional, lifestyle, and stress-support strategies before symptoms develop. HRV is widely recognised as a reliable indicator of nervous system and cardiovascular health, providing meaningful data to guide personalised health programmes.
By understanding how your body responds to stress, we can design tailored nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle plans to help restore balance, improve resilience, and support long-term wellbeing.
Metabolic typing
Many people are confused about the diverse and conflicting advice on what is believed to be a healthy diet to suit everyone. “One man’s meat is another man’s poison” as the saying goes, and there is no ‘diet’ to suit everyone. We are all different from a metabolic and physiological perspective and our bodies process foods and nutrients in individual ways.
At Nutraclin we can assess your individual type by using HRV testing or with an in-depth questionnaire. Metabolic type can be accurately identified, providing detailed information on the types and proportions of foods to consume for your optimum health and fitness. Then through a process of active involvement by the client and guidance from Nutraclin you will be able to fine-tune to your own individual specific requirements.
Children’s & Teen Health

Supporting children and teenagers requires a gentle, practical, and realistic approach. My journey into child health began through working with my own children and their peers, where I quickly recognised how overwhelming modern health advice can be for both parents and young people. Families often need clear guidance through the minefield of health misinformation, delivered with empathy, understanding, and real-world practicality.
I understand first-hand how challenging food, emotions, and wellbeing can be for children and teenagers, which is why my consultations focus on support, reassurance, and achievable changes rather than rigid rules.
Common Childhood & Teen Concerns I Support
- Digestive issues & gut health
- Anxiety & emotional wellbeing
- Disordered eating & food aversions
- Eczema & sensitive skin
- Asthma & respiratory health
- Food sensitivities & intolerances
- Exam stress & academic pressure
- Low energy, immunity & concentration
My main clinic is based in a comfortable home environment, which helps children feel more relaxed and at ease than in a traditional clinical setting. Each consultation is carefully tailored to the child’s individual personality, age, emotional state, and family circumstances.
I always take a flexible, compassionate approach, adapting sessions to suit each child and ensuring they feel safe, heard, and supported.
I am particularly mindful of the anxiety many children experience around food, as well as the understandable concerns parents carry about their child’s wellbeing.
My aim is to help families build positive, stress-free relationships with food, health, and wellbeing, creating lasting foundations for long-term health.
Digestive health & food allergies and intolerance testing

One of the most important questions I ask during every consultation is: is the issue the food itself, or how well your digestive system is processing it? Both play a vital role in health, which is why I always explore diet and digestive function in detail when working with clients.
Testing can be extremely helpful in refining a nutrition plan that is truly right for you. However, there are important differences between food allergies and food intolerances, and understanding these distinctions is essential before undertaking any form of testing. Choosing the correct test ensures you receive accurate, meaningful results that can genuinely support your health.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, I have personally evaluated a wide range of food sensitivity testing methods, carefully comparing their accuracy, consistency, and clinical usefulness — even trialling many approaches within my own family. As a result, I now use the Lorisian food sensitivity testing system, as it offers robust scientific methodology and highly reliable results.
Why ?
- Scientifically validated methodology
- Consistent, reliable results
- Clear reporting to guide personalised nutrition plans
- Suitable for long-term digestive and immune support
You can purchase a home testing kit directly from Nutraclin, allowing you to complete the test comfortably at home. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit the clinic, where I will carry out the test free of charge as part of your assessment.
